We must receive payment in full for the price of goods you order prior to acceptance of the order. Once we have received payment in full, we will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address that you provided in your order form.

Note: we do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are not authorized to enter into legally binding contracts.

2. TO RETURN YOUR GOODS

Contact +37494827459 (on WhatsApp or Viber) or email luxuryofgoldjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You must write “RETURNED ITEMS” on the outside of the package.

The items must be packed securely in the packaging that you received them in. Once we have received the goods we will refund the amount due to your credit card within 30 working days.
